0.0: Start from the open space gate on paved Mission Pass Path.
0.1: Crest and signed junction. Turn right onto Terra Linda Ridge Fire Road.
0.6: Signed (but difficult to see sign here) Y junction. Bear right to continue on Terra Linda Ridge Fire Road.
1.0: Signed junction with Irving Fire Road. Turn left.
1.25: Signed junction with Irving Fire Road Spur. Stay to the left.
1.35: Signed junction with Sleepy Hollow Fire Road. Stay to the left.
1.45: Junction, again. Turn right onto Terra Linda Ridge Fire Road and retrace your steps back to the trailhead.
Getting there:
From US 101 in Marin County, exit Terra Linda/Freitas Parkway. Drive west on Freitas Parkway about 1.2 miles, to the open space gate at the end of the road.
