0.0: Start from the open space gate on the paved bike path.
0.1: Crest and unmarked junction. Turn right onto Terra Linda Ridge Fire Road.
0.6: Unsigned Y junction. Bear right to continue on Terra Linda Ridge Fire Road.
0.9: Unsigned junction with Irving Fire Road, on the left. Continue straight.
1.2: Unsigned junction with a fire road departing on the left, and a shortcut path on the right. Continue straight.
1.3: Unsigned junction. Turn left onto Luiz Ranch Fire Road.
2.1: Preserve boundary and turn around point. Return to the junction with Irving Fire Road.
3.2: Junction, again, with Irving Fire Road. Turn right.
3.5: Unsigned junction. Turn left onto Sleepy Hollow Fire Road.
3.6: Junction, again. Turn right and retrace your steps back to the trailhead.

Getting there:
From US 101 in Marin County, exit Terra Linda/Freitas Parkway. Drive west on Freitas Parkway about 1.2 miles, to the open space gate at the end of the road.
