Getting there:

From CA37 in Solano County, exit 17/Mare Island. Drive south on Walnut Avenue 0.7 mile, then turn right onto G Street. Drive 0.1 mile to a t-intersection, then turn left onto Azuar Drive. After 0.3 mile, turn right onto Dump Road. Continue on Dump road to the parking lot at the end of the road.

Gas, food, and lodging:
Gas, restaurants, and services available east in Vallejo. No camping.

Trailhead details:
Small gravel parking lot. Portable toilet but no drinking water. No parking or entrance fees. No paper maps. There are designated handicapped parking spots and trails are wheelchair-accessible (may be muddy).

Rules:
Hikers only. No dogs. Entrance gate is locked at sunset.
